I was very disappointed that Jennifer Lawrence only had a very small part in this movie. The information on here is misleading, i thought she had the leading role.

I guess you didn't read the linked NewsDesk articles.

Edit: I just skipped through it and couldn't see her at all. Apparently she plays the young version of Rosamund Pike's character. At what stage does she appear?

She appears in a flashback for ten seconds near the end, if that.
