The movie Volcano (1997)? The Sci Fi channel had better cross reference some of the plots from so called "original" movies againsts others in the genre. The ending was so totally the same. I can't even fathom no one told them hey this is just a cheap copy of another B movie???

No only do they recycle plot elements from films in the same disaster genre, but from other disaster movies. If I see another movie where the key people just happen to be former spouses or partners with unfinished business, again, I think I'll puke.
