This movie was a disaster from the start

During the opening credits, a female radio announcer is saying that a very cold front is coming in but the street scene showing at the same time has everyone wearing short sleeves and Central Park is pure green and water fountains are working. Homeless people are supposedly sleeping near heat vents as they would do in the winter but everything you see says it's summer in NYC.
And it's clear, Michael Ironside will take any role that comes along for a paycheck.
What a total piece of crap for a movie.
