sorry for the late reply, but of course he does. Its underneath the White House to the left to be exact. This would be anti-nuke, anti-zombie, anti anything if he's involved. We should be so lucky.

It is formerly AKA the White House Bunker. Hillary should have one of her own I'd say, but that baby killer doesn't deserve one imo

Well it is called 28 days later (assuming you’re on about original outbreak) so it would be enough time to realise it was getting out of hand long before those 28 days were up. So yeah

You're assuming it started in such a way that the royals had 28 days to be evacuated? Why? What would the logistics be? Where did it start? How did the military react? Did the military have any time to put any plans in practise, and if so which ones beyond saving their own asses? Be precise.

No, I'm not assuming that at all.
The woman says it started as rioting but right from the beginning you knew this was different. It was a virus, an infection etc... She then says by the time they tried to evacuate the cities it was too late.
Yeah, for the general public. But the Royals aren't the general public are they? You can be sure as shit they were evacuated the moment the authorities knew it was a virus and it was spreading fast.

Reminds me of the Day After Tomorrow. They implemented the plan to evac the Royal Family, flying in choppers and their fuel lines froze before they reached them. The movie effectively implied the Queen was lost.
