what title? 28 Months Later would be the third, then 28 Years Later for fourth, then... and so on, and on? !

It will speed up. If they want to keep to the 28 whatever paradigm, it sh/could be 28 Hours Later or 28 Minutes Later. Frankly, time to take the titling in another direction: Include "Rage" in there somewhere and everyone will make the connection.
