When wil it be showed/what channel is going to show it?

Right now, i'm watching 10.5 (borrowed form Library), and i'm interested in the Sequal. SO, does anybody know when it will be aired?

It airs on NBC in November on the 27th and 28th from 9-11p.

Here's a more recent update:

"NBC has moved its earthquake miniseries "10.5: Apocalypse" out of November sweeps, deciding instead to hold the project until sometime next year.
The sequel to the May 2004 miniseries had been scheduled for Nov. 27 and 28. A new airdate for the four-hour film, in which killer earthquakes continue to threaten the United States, hasn't been set. No reason was given for the change."

I'd say February 2006 sweeps. This is one of two NBC movies that were much later going to production than expected (the other being the Diff'rent Strokes tell-all). Expect it in February as well.

reply

I'm pretty sure there are no sweeps in February just November and May.

According to Nielsen: "The standard sweep months include November, February, May and July of each year."

Never known NBC to do a Sunday and Monday movie special????? How about Merlin, Alice in Wonderland, The 10th Kingdom, Y2K: The Movie, I believe Asteriod was a 2 part Sunday-Monday combo. In my opinion, they are known for doing that. Just thought I would tell you.

Ok, I've been waiting many months to see this, and now I think I've missed it?! Come on!

Hopefully NBC will show it again, or make it into a DVD like the first.

NBC held it cause CBS had a sweeps lineup it didn't want to compete with: Category 7 & Pope John Paul II.
Last I heard, they're going to air it during May sweeps.

I found this site through Google (this is for the US release):

http://www.greenbushtwins.com/prairiefans/

It's a Little House on the Prairie fan site of all things (apparently Melissa Sue Anderson was on Little House on the Prairie), so who knows ... It says it's in post-production as of December and NBC is going to release it early Spring 2006. It also says filming (filming?) was delayed due to recent disasters in the US.

Preview's out on NBC.com! It'll air on Sun, May 21 and Tues, May 23! Jeez! Make us wait 48 hours instead of 24 hours between airings? That'll be torcher! I'll have to just tape it and watch it all in one sitting. I can't stand to wait that long once I'm into something like that! I hope they did away with all that zooming in and out! That sucked in the first one!

"10.5: APOCALYPSE
Two years ago, the west cost crumbled... the rest of the country is next. Beau Bridges and Kim Delaney star in an explosive, action-packed sequel to the movie that chilled a nation. Now, a desperate bid to save the entire country might be too little, too late when a series of catastrophic events leads to one, inescapable conclusion... the apocalypse is at hand."

They've got a preview at this site too.

I'm trying to remember when the first one aired. If I remember correctly, the first part was aired sunday night with the second on thursday night! I'm drawing a blank, all I remember was I was in the hospital (or maybe that was Category 6 that I saw in the hospital!)

Anyways, I can't wait to see it. I thought the first one was good (tho some parts are far-fetched). USGS says that kind of earthquake is impossible (love to see them try to explain away the two earthquakes predicted to happen in the end times that 1) felt all over the world and 2) the last one will level the entire earth except Jeruseleum!)

Nah, the first one aired Sunday night, then Monday.
