c-jay2, did you notice all the wrinkles in her face are gone, and her cheeks had that "cherubic" look? I'm thinking face-puffing injections that just got popular in the last few months (not botox).

Since when can't you watch a movie without noticing an actor looks different?
No one was picking on her rather just commenting that her face looked heavier.
Heck, I thought it was Valerie Bertinelli she looked so different!

Hmmm, when I think of triathletes I think of fit and emotionally "together" people, generally fairly mature for their respective ages.

I THOUGHT THE SAME THING! I actually checked her page, but no, she wasn't expecting a child. I've seen people puff up like that after having to take steroids -- perhaps she was on medication? Because her neck was very puffy, too. I honestly don't think it was just regular weight gain. I kept wondering what the deal was.

I think it was medication/steroids also. Make her retain water/swollen around her eyes even.

Since she is back to not being swollen/puffy on Army Wives, she must have recovered from whatever she was taking/going through.

I agree Ms. Delaney was looking a bid pudgy. I guess that's what happens when middle age and gravity collide with the craft service table.

Me? I've always been fat so I don't worry about it. Sigh!

I gained weight in my face exactly like that during a time when I was taking certain medications. Kim was getting over or I guess working on an alcohol problem around the time this show was made and most likely was a certain med that would make her swell up like that.

Regardless of the amount of weight in her face ...the woman is still an amazing actress and I love seeing her in any show or movie!!

Perhaps it was medication, but I think it's far more likely to be from years of alcohol abuse. I felt sorry for her for the toll alcohol has taken on her and for being in this terrible movie -- perhaps also a result of the toll alcohol has taken on her.

Not just the face. In this movie she is really fat. Did you see her shirt/jacket buttons? It was like the buttons were going to pop up. She had a whole sack of potato in there.
