Does anyone know firstly whether Frankie left on his own terms or was kicked off and secondly if he was indeed kicked off, what specific joke was it for or was it just for an assortment of controversial jokes?

Well apparently he tried to take over Daras job and have Dara kicked, this resulted in him being kicked (Not sure of Daras involvement).
