jill ann weatherwax {the murder of miss hollywood}

Jill Weatherwax was a model, singer, and former beauty pageant winner (Miss Hollywood, Miss Great Lakes, etc). She had a record contract by the time she was 17, but she moved from her native Michigan to Hollywood. At first she was doing fine there, she hung out with a lot of famous people and became engaged to a restaurant owner from London. But after he took her back to London for a while, she became an alcoholic and drug user. When she moved back to CA, she and her fiance broke up, and she just went downhill from there. If I remember right she was arrested 3 times for being drunk in public and lost her job as well. In March of 1998 she was last seen alive getting into a car with three men. Later that day she was found stabbed to death on a rural road. I've got two magazine articles about her from recent times and her killers have never been caught. Hope that helps.
