Courtney Cox had a good life

Courtney Cox appears to have had an easy ride on her way to success. I know she had trouble conceiving, but she finally got pregnant and carried the baby full term. She's still married and close to her friends from Friends. Her rise to fame was pretty easy. Must be nice.
