Week 4 Most Memorable Year

Normani/Val - It was ok. Not a lot there, but admittedly, I was distracted by her unflattering dress and the unimpressive singing group she belongs to.

Nick/Peta - Nick and Vanessa's "romance" is unconvincing. Nick is capable of a few moves, but the dance itself was kind of gross.

Nancy/Artem - Absolutely lovely. Nancy brings a maturity and grace to the floor the other dancers don't seem to have.

Mr. T/Kym - Very sweet, but wish Mr. T would have kept moving like in the first part of the performance. The end seemed to be all Kym.

Heather/Alan - For a pro, she's fine. The dance seemed like one of those "go to commercial" pro-dance bumpers. Heather's obviously talented, but her movements seem kind of jerky.

David/Lindsay - A baseball player trying his best. Nothing to write home about.

Rashad/Emma - Beautiful. When a man can be a MAN and still show grace, strength, emotion, and the ability to dance, it's a winner.

Erika/Gleb - Needs more practice.

Simone/Sasha - Touching personal story. Dance was very nice. Not sure about the dress.

Bonner/Sharna - Was hoping for more, but still fine. Sharna is a pleasure to watch.

Nice commentary.

I'm three for three on predictions of who would go home, which I can hardly believe. Now it gets tougher. Probably now it comes down more to popularity than dancing for a while. I'm going to guess that Nick may be next.

I'm pretty convinced after last night that Simone will win the whole thing.

You're on a streak! I hope Nick isn't the next to go, though, but I wouldn't be surprised if he is. I think he's got room to improve.

Just finished watching Disney night. Pretty disappointing. There's usually at least one memorable dance. Not this time.

Yeah, seems like the show put more effort into the out-of-competition numbers this time. Perhaps a sign that they're running out of the good songs and trying hard not to repeat themselves.

We saw more of that 7-8-9-8 type of scoring, which is pretty unusual.
