Uwe Bowl is much better. He's actually made 2 good movies and his bad movies are entertaining.

Uwe Boll makes entertaining movies. Even his really bad ones are far better than Ulli Lommel. There really is no comparison. I get that Uwe Boll fans like to harp about how bad his movies are but I suspect they don't believe it. Ulli Lommel's movies however...
