While I think that movie was totally *beep* up and disgusting, I think that that last scene really sealed what the movie was supposed to be about.
It was gruesome, and I found myself going *beep* do I hate that guy but this is messed up and should not be happening. I feel like that's what the writers intended. They wanted you to see that rape is NEVER right no matter who it happens to or why.
Adrian was getting revenge for his friend while Jared's trespass was uninstigated so, no, I don't think Adrian would be deserving of the same fate. Jared's rape was justified.

Nobody "deserves" to be raped. Jared should have been brought to justice without a doubt but not via revenge rape.
If one person rapes another, that is a crime. If somebody rapes the rapist in revenge, this is also a crime and it does not help the original victim recover from their trauma in the slightest.
