Shouldn't this movie be in the top 250? It got a really high rating..

it is on the special featureas of season 1 DVD in the US
shareweighted rating (WR) = (v ÷ (v+m)) × R + (m ÷ (v+m)) × C
where:
R = average for the movie (mean) = (Rating)
v = number of votes for the movie = (votes)
m = minimum votes required to be listed in the Top 250 (currently 1300)
C = the mean vote across the whole report (currently 6.7)
Spyz's WR = 6,928945555. To be in a top250 WR must be at least 7.8 and you must have 1300 votes.

shareEvery movie in the top 250 have to have at least something like 1,500 votes by regular voters.
I don't know what are the classifications for a regular voter, it's probably a user who has been here for months or years and has reguralry voted for movies.
