I am stuck on the last part of mission 13, attack of the clones. This is the part where you have to take out the gunship that keeps blasting you and firing bombs at you. I don't know how to take it out! Please reply and help me!

Or you could just use a cheat code.

I've beat the entire game now. I got past mission 13 by just avoiding the bombs and beams and throwing my saber and explosives at the gunship.

Just type in XUCPHRA in Codes and take your time. ;)
