Which guy do you mean? The guy you at a computer watching her do that live nude show at the end of the movie was actually the same guy who worked for that organization that tried to protect girls from online dangers. That's why he came up with the idea for Mia to pretend she was going to do the nude show for the photographer. He wanted to see her naked and had no intentions of calling the police to come stop the show like he told Mia he would do. I hope that answers your question.
