why Real Madrid coach is being praised so much?

the reviewer says the real * of the movie is Luxemburgo the Real Madrid coach!!! can any1 who saw the movie tell me why this might be true?

Luxemburgo was the coach of real madrid, but has recently been fired and replaced by lopez caro

Real Madrid should of kept Luxemburgo the guy was only there for less than a year. He needs to build the team. He was in the process of building the team then got fired. The board at Real Madrid has to be the biggest bunch of idiots ever assembled in football history, Real Madrid has had 5 different managers in 2 1/2 years. Ridiculous.
