i just can't resist Betsy "Mrs. Vorhees" Palmer; what a great draw!!! how sad, Palmer, back in her hey-day, was a very celebrated and accomplished actress - nearly the Meryl Streep of her day (or at least the Angela Landsbury of her day)....now, but genX and younger, she'll forever be remebered as Jason's mom.

Rofl, really? I wasn't aware that, before Friday the 13th, Betsy Palmer was nominated for (and won) multiple Oscars.
