In Act 5, first Akiba falls into the ocean then he shows up during the Screaming Mantis battle. How did he get out of the ocean?
Secondly, how did Raiden get through those doors in that tunnel to GW? How did he get on the ship, past the guards, down the elevator and through the control room without any arms? These are never explained.

shareTowards the end, they only had three able and willing guys left. They can just simply fish Akiba out of the water and relaunch him. I skipped some cutscenes, though. Akiba may have explained it himself.
Because his Raiden. Haven't you watched his earlier fights with Vamp? I'm not surprised how he passed all the FROGS and Dwarf Gekkos. I'm more surprised how he got the hatch to open but then he got those heels working as opposable thumbs.
