Some conclusions I've drawn after playing MSG 1, 2, 3 (spoilers maybe)

-Sigint is the DARPA CHIEF
-Ocelot is the son of The Boss and The Sorrow
-Big Boss is still alive
-Ocelot and Big Boss have been conforming together since the 70's with the Metal Gear project and the U.S. government
-Eva is the mother of Solid, Liquid, and Solidus Snake

These are a few conclusions that I might may be answered in MSG 4. If you put all of the discussions and scenerios throughout all 3 MSG games, it makes sense.

Also, did anyone else notice that many of the main characters have Biblical names that may have some future signifigance?
-Naked Snake/Big Boss- John
-Solid Snake- David
-Ocelot- Adam
-Eva- Eve

What does everyone think?

not bad ideas but there's a few flaws.

-Big Boss does die since he's killed in a previous game.
-EVA is not their mother as Solid, Liquid, and Solidus were designed as direct clones from Big Boss. Solid and Liquid then had genetic modifications done ala the movie Twins.
-John was not Naked Snake/Big Boss's name. It's Jack. In the Viruous Mission and early in Operation Snake Eater he's referred to as Jack. John was just a psuedonym he gave Ocelot at the end.

Answering in oder:

Yeah, Sigint is the DARPA Chief. He founds what is called ARPA at the time, after operation Snake eater, and it later becomes DARPA.

It hasn't been made official yet, but I believe so too, I mean The Boss says that her child was taken away almost right after he was born, and Ocelot has been the stooge of the patriots from birth, so, I'm inclined to agree, seeing as how Kojima rarely deals in coincidence.

Nope, Big Boss is killed by Snake in MG2. With a make shift flamethrower.

Not really been made clear, but it wouldn't be a surprise.

Even if it hadn't been stated that they are clones, this would be quite impossible, as Big Boss is sterile.

There are secret radio conversations between EVA and Big Boss that confirm that Ocelot is The Boss's son.

Try calling EVA a bunch in the cave after the Ocelot fight.

I not contradicting ne 1 or nething like I usually du, but How du We know that Sigint ends up being the ill fated DARPA chief? also(While We're on a similar subject) Who else thinks that Decoy octopus needed(Needs) more explanation?

I know because at the end of the game, before the credits, there is a time line from the end of operation snake eater until the start of the Les Enfants Terribles project, and that particular bit of info is listed.

Actually, if you recall, Jack is another pseudonym Big Boss gives himself. It's not really known widely what Big Boss's real name is, although Sniper Wolf from MGS does state his name as Saladin... Also, Jack is Raiden's name, from MGS 2.

So what??
In Metal Gear Solid 2 a soldier referred to Ocelot as "Shalashaska" it doesn't mean that was actually his real name.
Saladin could have just been an honourary name that Sniper Wolf referred to Big Boss in her native language.

very true, like how Volign is referred to as 'Thunderbolt' in America, and 'The Boss' is referred to as <insert name> in Russia

No offense but some of those conclusions you drew are just laughable.

Big Boss is still alive

How in the world did you draw this conclusion? Big Boss dies during the Zanzibar Land incident.

No. Solid, Liquid and Solidus are all clones. They have no mother.

Big Boss was burnt to a crisp at the end of Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake with a MacGyver flamethrower. He'd only be able to come back if they pulled another Grey Fox and gave him cybernetic parts (lol Snake's Revenge) or brought him back as a Snatcher.

Solidus could come back. I wouldn't be surprised if he did. He only fell as far as Liquid did in MGS1. Liquid only came back because of Ocelot being the son of The Sorrow. He inherited some of his dad's psychic powers so that bloody arm was able to possess him. Vamp's just a freak of nature.

This is the reason I believe that Big Boss is still alive....

In MSG1 during a codec conversation, Snake asks the Colonel why they can't give into the terrorists demands, and let them have Big Boss' DNA. Colonel can only say, "You see....". Snake then interupts, and asks, "Or is there for some reason you can't do that?". Before Colonel can answer, Naomi speaks up, and comes up with a quick answer that relates to the genome army to advert the topic of Big Boss.

It wasn't until after playing Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 and going back and playing the first again that I came to that conclusion. Stuff that was said and done in the other two just kind of ties that conversation a little bit.

I could be wrong, but that's my reason for believing so.

I drew those same conclusions, except for the Big Boss one. I still wish he would've just stayed dead.

That's pretty damn strange lol. However, I don't think they ever made it clear who gave birth to Solidus. Eva did mention that she was the surrogate mother of Liquid and Solid but she mentioned nothing about Solidus.
