Tranquiler gun is almost useless in this game

If you're playing on "Very Easy" difficulty, then one shot with the tranquilizer gun will bring down an enemy, regardless of where you hit them. On harder difficulties, if you want to bring down an enemy in one shot, you have to aim for the heart or head. If you hit other places, like their arms or legs, it'll take longer for the drug to take effect.
