Looks so pathetically low budget!

I've seen movies that cost 10-20k and had no pro actors in it and looked 10 times better than this. I came across this flipping channels and put it on figuring why not give a no budget movie a chance. Wow big mistake, this movie has the dude from the new fast and furious, the guy from mad tv, and the joey lauren adams, but yet still had the production value of a movie a first year college film student would make. And lets not even get into the rest of movie (which is bad) but I'm just talking production value. They really pissed away their chance of making a decent looking movie.
