Van Damme, Seagal, Norris

When will anybody try out this combo of "fantastic" action bashers. Van Damme, Steven Seagal, Chuck Norris all in the same movie.Maybe even a guest apperance by Arnold, I would surely see it. Produced by Michael Mann and directed by Tony Scott. Maybe a story about three cops that has to come together to help out some new guys solve and old case that has returned to the surface (Simple and stupid).

No FX and no wires, old school fight scenes. Fire fights like the one in "Heat", where the shoot it out with the police in the streets of L.A.
Man...I could go on

What y'all think?

Shoot, maybe we should start a fund or something.

people think van damme sucks now well seagal gained like 100 pounds and in all of his new movies you can tell that he doesnt do any of the stunts. He sucks now. Van damme is still good but he just picks crap roles. Wake Of Death was awesome but his last few were so so

Those three in the same film would make for awesome watching...But if they're their all gonna be in one film then a bad guy of similar magnitude is needed to play against them. Any suggestions for a bad guy worthy enough??

"Only Seagal is the real star of the three"

Segal is fat, lazy and washed up....from his photoshopped video covers to make him look less fat, to his voice being dubbed over in most of his movies because he's too lazy, he's the least star of the 3.

"Wait a minute, I know what my fortune is, it's partying!"

Jason Statham would be perfect since he's the new generation of action star. He plays a good bad guy in Cellular and could easilly compete with any one of those three in the fight scenes

hes a swimmer and a fag, and seagal is just some fat guy who nobody cares about

reply

haahaaha yeah it's called THE EXPENDABLES!

wow and this was written back in 2007...

Stallone must have read this post and decided to make the Expendables after this, lol. Too bad Van damme, Seagal and Norris didn't make it in the movie, but they, maybe they'll return in the sequal, who knows, right.

Hell yeah, good choice! Him or that guy who played Machete in Grindhouse -Danny Trejo. He could play Columbian drug lord with his eyes closed. Well it was a long time dream of mine too to see all those three guys together on the silver screen. Though knowing that it would probably never happen, but never say never, and why not just fantasize for the hell of it, right? Nice to see that somebody brought up this idea to the table. I would also suggest to add another aging superstar action hero to join the club, Arnold anyone? Why leave him out of the party, let him eat the cake too! Of course this is stretching things a little too far. But why not go all the way and bring another aging action star to the table - Sylvester Stallone. If you got Van Damme, Seagal, Norris and Arnold already, how can you forget about Sylvester, right? It would make a nice motley crew of zany action heroes.

I think that original poster is forgetting a simple rule of physics. That level of awesome in the same film will cause the universe to explode. Even if a single scene could be commited to film your eyes would pop upon seeing it.

Many men have tried to bring stars of such calibre together. In fact the negotiations of these projects have been said to have caused every natural disaster in the history of mankind.

Well, if you add Sylvester, please add his foe. DOLPH. He's pretty big.

BUT...they all have to face the ONLY one WORTHY of such a challenge!

i agree it would be an awesome production , but they would need the money, good director, good producers and good writers etc...

if you dont have the write people making everything in the film it would be crap.
