Where Was Ghostwatchers Filmed?

Does anyone know where Ghostwatchers was made? It reminded me of some place I've been but I just couldn't put my finger on it.

Both Ghostwatcher movies were filmed in Maryland.

In the first movie it said Glen Burnie, MD and Westminster, MD, which is near Baltimore. I live nearby and just randomly rented this movie. I was suprised when her address said Ritchie Highway!

Part of it was filmed in my old high school. A couple of my friends were extras :p
