This movie is pretty weak

I found the characters incredibly dull and also incomplete. The writer doesn't write people well, the business man was not realistic at all as the writers understanding of business is probably just as weak. I didn't believe the relationship either. The characters just make problems for themselves in an unrealistic way and are pretty immature. As I watched most of my thoughts were "grow up a little bit?" to resolve their issues. The spiel about mp3s, cry me a river the world is digital and business models adapt and change. I could believe these characters ideals and beliefs if they were written better, the characters weren't challenged realistically to uphold their beliefs. The writer deliberately set the characters up to lay the smack down on the antagonists. No business man is that dumb to create a duplicate business with the same name across the street.

I love indie flicks and their charm but this was poorly executed.
