Who was "Rosalee" supposed to have been? Was "Rosalee" the nurse that just stopped showing up after 10 years? If so, did it infer somewhere that he killed her? I thought it was a pretty good movie and have no complaints.

Rosalee was the nurse who stopped showing up. Clive did not kill her, she simply moved away and got married. Luther (in the movie) was the first person Clive ever killed.
