What do you think happens after the movie?

I wonder if the boyfriend and the sister became a couple. They will never know exactly what happened with clive and the girl though. cause they killed him before he could be questioned. they probably think he killed her. thought in a way, he may as well have. she might have lived if he took her to a hospital. she was still alive when he took her home. I guess she died at the time when he came home from the story and found her with her head down. I am assuming that was when she was dead.
