How many Black people in here are embarassed at these *beep* movies?

honestly how embarassing is this? Soul Plane, The Cookout, Code Name, Honeymooners.....these movies are cringingly horrible. i actually feel embarassed for the actors when I see these types of movies.

well you still have spike lee.

reply

Are you embarassed for movies like Let's Go the Prison, Date Movie, Epic Movie, and Employee of the Month? Probably not, huh? Clown.

reply

Why should I be embarrassed just because other black people have made bad movies? By that logic white people shouldn't even be able to show their faces in public anymore.

"its a fact that almost every single movie that comes out that has an all black cast is cinematic garbage. "

you got to be kidding me. that's some racist bullsh*t right there.

reply

here's a simple question, lets see if you reply.
here's the question: How is that post racist?

reply

Because you think he's black!!

reply

Clearly the poster is ignorant to every movie Spike Lee has come out with. Or movies like Color Purple. Not all "black" movies are cinematic garbage. You're just pissed cause you were ignorant enough to pay your money to see it.

The post was racist, as you were generalizing all black casted films as garbage...need I say more.

If I knew you, I'd hurt you.

Saying a black person can't act in a serious film is racist, calling all black films racist is just a gross generalization.

Personally, I'm more disappointed than ashamed. There are black actors who died wishing they could portray something serious or at least didn't make them seem like buffoons.

Don't tell me what I can't do!

reply

Shaft was a good movie, and I'm not even black. Anyway I imagine this thread will get argumentative soon.
