I've seen so many bad "B" movies lately that when a good one pops up it deserves praise. I thought this movie was really well done!! The acting was good and the story was excellent!! And the F/X with all the blood and cool kills were something that's been lacking in the last 4 or 5 indy horror movies I've watched..I liked the special features on the dvd as well... GOOD JOB!!!!
shareyeah, it's cool and original. i was rather surprised by the fact that it kept me guessing while unloading maybe one of the highest slasher movie body counts i've ever seen!!

I agree with you T-man, hopefully they will make a Camp Slaughter 2 in the future. It would be worth watching for in my opinion.

man I liked this movie a lot!
I am currently collecting cheap VHS that my videostore is selling because of the new DVD technology that seems to be more appreciated by the majority of average customers. good for me because now I can get movies with great titles such as Rapid Fire, karate Rock, crime Lords or Fists: You have to fight for your right (which is actually the translation of the german title for the movie "gladiator").
And you can believe me when I tell you that the movies I can now proudly call my property are far worse than that one.
i admit that the acting is really bad, the sound is even worse (the only more or less "professional" movie I know with similar sound quality is aussie park boyz-an australian rip-off of the warriors)but at least you can follow the plot which is something not only a few of the movies from my collection lack. Sure the story is easy and so on but there was no moment when I thought ..wait...whats that supposed to mean or where did that come from (well some of the deathscenes seemed to be a little unrealistic when it comes to timing /chronological sense and so on but I',m sure you could make up an explanation for it.
So all in all: Great movie.
Oh, one point this movie really lacks of:tits! b-movies normally have titty-scenes to catch the audience's attention when it was just beginning to feel bored or fall asleep or something. Not that this movie needed it but I think it wouldn't have made it worse.Not only there was the inevitable slasehr movie Sex scene.
I love this film, people just cannot enjoy low budget films I guess, cause I had a blast with it.
