I have beaten the game on the Medium Difficulty, I am now playing the sick mode. I have done every mission in Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown, and Skate Ranch (with the exception of the Green Top mission). How do I open up Van's AM?

not sure what u mean but here I go...
in downtown next to the dumpster there is a garage door. thats the entrance to the Van's AM competition. Check ur Text Messages too just in case.

i actually havent beaten sick mode yet, but all other modes twice. in easy, there is an exception of 2 missions "unbeaten", on normal, 1 mission, and on sick, all missions must be completed, including getting the green top.
