I hope you don't really feel that way. Some anorexics experience such a surge of stress hormones when they eat that they have to be sedated. It's not as simple as picking up a sandwich. If it were, there wouldn't be eating disorders.

FYI: Pro-ana and pro-mia is not an eating disorder; it's fad dieting.
