WAAAY better than Degrassi

South Of Nowhere was THE show that I came out as bisexual to because before this show came out, I was just an awkward 14-year-old 9th grader struggling with my own sexuality and when this show first came on during that time, I was like WOW!!! this is THE show that I can relate to and after watching the whole first season, I finally got the courage to come out as a bisexual to my family and friends and they were happy about it and it was the most amazing feeling ever. At the time, I related more to this show than Degrassi because Degrassi has became too melodramatic and unrealistic at times.
