Because his character is a total wuss. He would get so beat up and bullied if he was in a public school. But then again if having Christine as a mom, can you blame him?

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.

no, I don't think so.
My uncle and his father are both kind of 'soft,' but they also have their extra-masculine side, too.
He was just a little feminine because like you said, Christine was his mother. lol.

There was an episode when Ritchie had 3girls (classmates) in his room and was a Playa:).
