i want to know if farhan akhtar has confirmed don 2? in my opinion the first one was great, and a sequel will be welcome.

Yes, Farhan Akhtar has confirmed Don 2. He said in an interview that they have finished the story of Don 2 and it's in the screenplay stage at the moment.

Shahrukh Khan has also confirmed that he has read the first draft of Don 2 and liked it. He also added that it's (Don 2) too big a project to be started at such a short notice. A clear picture will emerge in a few days.

Therefore, it will take some time before the shooting starts as the project is still in the screenplay stage. The sequel is definitely on.

They are still working on the screenply. I think it will take a long time until the camera rolls. Don't except it before 2009 or even 2010.

Priyanka Chopra had said in an interview that shooting on Don2 will begun after the new year only. Since it's march already, shooting might be in the process in the moment..

Expect it by December this year.

yes farhan is working on don 2, it will only come out in 2010 oct or nov

but i am happy that don is getting a sequel,

I'm 101% sure. Farhan's next directorial venture is Don 2.

im following shahrukh on his twitter account and he said a couple days ago that shooting will begin by september-october 2010.

I hope it will be as good as the first one. I hope Isha Koppikar's role will be larger.
