Don did one noble good deed.

In the new Don he did actually do one good thing.

In the end he purposely told Jasjit to give Vardaan the CD in return for the brief case of cash.

Don probably thought I wont see this dude again may as well make him a millionaire so he can live his life with his kid.

Well thats what came to my mind.

Except the police was also there and they propably took the cash... And Don needed to prove that he's Vijay, so he had work with the police...

reply

Yes but Jasjit did scarper I think before the cops came.
They had it timed and planned, the cops didnt see the cash transaction but only Vijay receiving the CD.
And the CD was Dons anyway so even if he did sell it, and it came out to be nothing they would not take the cash off Jasjit.

Good point. Well, I hope Jasjit got to keep the money so he can give Deepu a good education and nice home. After all the little boy had already lost his mother and the person who was taking care of him (Vijay)...

Don may have done a good deed, but i have the feeling that maybe the money which Jasjit got, would be also used for another purpose

Did anyone ever wondered who kidnapped Jasjit in the place? I mean, they never showed it. I feel that the director intentionally decided not to reveal who kidnapped him.. Maybe in the sequel, Jasjit finds out that Don was somehow responsible for his wife's death (Don's crew may have done all the dirty work, but in the end, DeSilva ruinded everything and decided to keep diamonds for himself).

So, maybe, in the sequel, he will a reason to join with Roma, so that both of them can seek their revenge against DON using the part of the money that Don indirectly gave (hehe, I think I should sell this idea to Farhan.. lol...)...

No, because Jasjeet figured out it was Vardhan and told him so. They even zoomed in on the ring on Vardhan’s finger, the same ring from the robbery.

My name is Colin Creevey

I don't think so!

Jasjeet (when he has his kid with him) simply calls vardhaan and ask him "Aao aur tere disk lelo" - is he such an idiot to believe it? So they made this setup (the police, jasjeet and vijay) to make it believable and foolproof. The police will have the money that's 100% coz its black money and how the hell Jasjeet could simply take it away while police r watching them?

So I don't agree. Don is pure evil, he doesn't give a damn about anyone except himself. That's the beauty of the film!
