That web site named above is not responding. However, I did get a reply via email from the production company. It will cost plenty and involves an overseas call. Here it is verbatim:
"Many thanks for your interest in our programme.
"Unfortunately, Oil Storm has not been re-released on DVD commercially, but we could provide DVD copies of the programme for you to use for private use or non-theatric education use only. This DVD would be a copy of the programme as seen on TV and would not contain any extras or commercial style packaging. Also, as they are specially made copies, they are more expensive than a DVD costing: £25 + VAT (17.5%) per episode.
"If you would like to make an order, we accept Credit Card payments (except American Express). To make a credit card payment, you will need to call me directly on my number, stated below. The details I require for card payments are as follows:
"16 digit card number
"Expiry date
"Security code (last three digits on the back of the card)
"Address the card is registered to
"Name as it appears on the card
"Delivery address (if different to the address the card is registered too)
"I must reiterate that, if we process this order, the DVD copy will be made for your private use and or non-theatric education use only and will not contain any extras or commercial style packaging.
"If you have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
"Kind regards,
