Subtitles left out?

I was just watching this on Netflix and there are 3 times in the second part when it leaves out the subtitles. I was hoping someone could fill me in on what they were saying.

1. When the German officer finds Robert in the office putting away the map and says something to him.

2. When Alexander is talking to Anna's friend the nurse while they're scrubbing in for surgery. (This one looked kind of important because his eyes got all wide).

3. At the very end right after the guy gives the speech in the rebuilt cathedral, Anna has a narration, but there are no titles for that either. (Except that it says: "??55" and I have no idea what that's supposed to mean).

But they made the weather and then they stand in the rain and say 'S***!, it's raining!'
