Two great books on the bombing of Dresden

The first one is by David Irving which I know is the author who denies parts of the holocaust or maybe even the entire thing. His book "Apocalypse 1945: The Destruction of Dresden" no matter your opinions of him is a great read. Reading some reviews on it the other day I am reminded that Irving's book still stands the test of time on the subject.

The other book is by Jorg Friedrich The Fire: The Bombing of Germany, 1940-1945 who has also done some DVD's I've bought called Firestorm. His book is well thought out and presents a great picture of the chaos that the bombings reigned down on Dresden, such a historical city. One could argue all day about the good and bad of it but I think it was purely done to satisfy the Russians who I believe to this day were just as much an enemy to the U.S. as the Nazi's were. Just an fyi if anyone is interested in reading two good books.

Does anyone know if any other movies have been made of this topic in Germany that might be out on DVD? Thanks.
