i want my 97p back!

bought this in tesco's (supermarket) today for a whopping 97p! and i want me money back!

we start with a story about a mail bomber, a psychic detective questions a former russian cop because of a vision then he questions eric roberts who punches him and runs back to mexico and tries to help a russian mother and daughter cross the border, the ex russian detective is then sent by his boss at the restaurant to buy tiles in tijuana, why? and in somehow trying to find tiles in mexico he gets directed to roberts who then tries to kill him!!!
the bomber back in l.a bombs someone else after we see roberts putting together a mailbomb back in mexico (stay with me). mexican police get involved, shoot roberts, the russian bird and her girl go back to mexico the russian detective gets a cop job in l.a , we then find out the bomber was someone whose work got turned down by those he bombed, a person we were never ever introduced too! roberts is alive and in jail and thats the end of the film.......i kid you not.


the tagline "he borders on insanity" is made quite clear at the end of the film, it's the person who wrote this poor poor poor film.
