It had its moments
A good popcorn movie with some good action. Also, shot in real color. Too bad more of these actors aren't in more films made north of the border.
shareI thought this movie would be funny, but even the funny jokes weren't executed well. There is another title saying "good idea executed badly" which is absolutely true.
