wtf ripping off a scene from the untouchables

alright i start watching this movie and less then 5 mins into the movie it ripps off the scene from the untouchables where robert de niro kills this guy with a baseball bat in his mob meeting. heh i stoped watchin this movie after that seriously indian movies need to create their own screen play or something
