was this tv showmon regular broadcast or some pay for premium channel?

For us americans who are just now discovering this gem...was it in regular tv, or something like hbo or showtime? I ask only because I am, as prob most americans are, ignorant of what tv looks like elsewhere. Here in the states,unless it is expensive premium pay extra tv, there are censors that would prohibit alot of cursimg, not all,but certainly *beep*..also the censors are rediculous around the human body, shaming even a buttock with pixels if it is a movie or simply not showing anything if produced for the networks..Tv is extremly suggestive, but hypocritical..very differant from britsh tv which we see more of. So was this seen on regular tv or on a premire network like hbo etc...
