Before Daamien was executed what was the white cloth he put on his shirt?

A Target. A point of aim for the firing squad.

A target, it's part of the standard procedure of execution by firing squad and was even used when they not too long ago executed someone in utah by that method. Right after pinning on the target, teddy was about to also put a blindfold on Damien but Damien told him not to.

All he said was 'What did Teddy put on Damien's shirt?'. It could have meant anything!
