What did Maynard do to get on 'Restriction'?
The only thing I can think of is something to do with ratting on his cousin Shane for doing some questionable stuff with those dolls he was playing with.
It's in the deleted scenes. He put a rock under his mom's tire so while she was backing out of the driveway, she would stop. He then faked like she drove over him by lying on the ground, rolling in pain.
