Anybody know what movie the footage of the giant dinosaur was from?

When the large T-rex like dinosaur has that dude in it's jaws, they didn't film that for this movie. Was it from one of the Carnosaur films?

The T-Rex and the volcanic eruption scenes are taken from the previous film Raptor Island!
