Does anyone know the name of the instrumental at the end?

I' ve heard that song before. It's a very melodic and tender piece, I really would like to get the CD, but I can't seem to find out what the title of it is..

i think the composer is erik satie. the name of the song is 'lent et douloureux' but also the same melody is found in 'gymnopedie n.1'..*shrug* crazy french..
