Related to Sweet November?

At 10 am I should have been in my office but since I am the boss I decided to stay for a while watching the movie that had caught my attention - didn't see the beginning or the end. But Sweet November sort of came to my mind. Has it happened to anyone else?
Pls avoid spoilers. I'll do my best to buy or rent it.

Yeah they both are similar in some ways like in both movies time was a great factor, they dont have enough time left.
