Oh, Come ON Now (Contains SPOILERS)

I didn't hate this film (I rated it a 4, almost a passing grade), and the acting was in general pretty decent, with Lochlyn Munro turning in another solid performance. But there were a couple of things . . . .

First, could the script and direction have ladled on the clues to the killer's identity any more clumsily? (I'd still like to see a fifty-something former fashion model zipline across a city block by one hand while firing at police with the free one WITHOUT that obscuring hoodie.)

Second, the bomb at the end consisted of TWENTY sticks of dynamite, right? This was stated clearly by the killer. Yet, when it explodes and engulfs an entire floor of the building in a roiling CGI conflagration, not one of the three living people still on that same floor experiences so much as a singed eyebrow? Not even the ASC ("adorable sickly child")? Come ON, now.

I might have rated the movie several points higher if these issues had been more fully/realistically addressed.

If anyone cares, I mean. Steve V.
