For easier access. Thanks by the way. I just watched the cut version and was kinda disappointed that it wasn't the uncut version. Still enjoyed it though.
BOSTON CELTICS
I've seen both, the unrated version and the R-rated Lions Gate release, and the latter is a complete waste of time and money. They didn't just edit out a few glimpses of extreme gore (which would be reason enough not to buy it), but actually tried to tame it down to something that might even pass for a PG-13, if it weren't for the strong language.
This movie's strength isn't its story, but the action sequences and all the very well crafted practical gore effects. I mean, this wasn't a masterpiece to begin with, but Lions Gate's attempt to fellate the MPAA ruined it completely.
If you want to see this properly, get one of the many european releases. They're almost all uncut, except for the german ones.
