Why Not?

Ok, so the whole 'sex scene' with Amy and um, I forget his name kinda confuses me.
Why does she say 'don't do that?'. I mean, surely by the time he's lying on top of her and they're naked and making out it's a little late to be suprised over him wanting to enter her?
Or did I miss something completely?

I'm gonna go all Kinsey here and speculate that it seemed to be in keeping with her repressed, prudish character. For a long time she's been in an unhappy, unhealthy relationship with her husband and no doubt the sex between them, if it happened at all, wasn't good.
Her thing with Shawn was basically an out of control fling that she might never have done before, certainly not in a long time, so I read her blurting 'don't do that' as an instinctual attempt to regain a sense of control. Which woulda killed the mood of course if he'd been too respectful...
Plus, his directness was coming off as rude to her, adding to her nervousness. I think they worked that out, seeing as they kept it up.
